Reality TV fans are getting the romance they have been waiting for!
Phaedra Parks and CT Tamburello are officially dating, confirming that the chemistry fans noticed between the two during their time together on The Traitors has now turned into a real-life relationship.
Phaedra confirmed the news on the September 4 episode of Jeff Lewis Live. When asked whether she and CT were attending the upcoming Creative Arts Emmys together as a platonic date, Parks made it clear that their relationship is not platonic.
The pair are currently together and will attend the Creative Arts Emmy Awards on September 5, 2026, with CT serving as a presenter and Phaedra joining him as his date.
From ‘The Traitors’ to a Real-Life Romance
Phaedra and CT first connected while competing on Season 2 of Peacock’s The Traitors, which was filmed in 2023 and aired in 2024. Their playful chemistry quickly caught the attention of viewers, with many fans wondering if there was something more between them.
At the time, however, the two maintained that their connection was part of the game. CT even previously said that nothing romantic had happened between them.
Now, things have clearly changed.
According to Phaedra’s recent comments, the two have been spending time together and their relationship became official around her most recent trip to Los Angeles. She also revealed that they already have plans to continue spending time together following the Emmys, including a trip to New York.

Fans Saw the Signs
The dating confirmation comes after weeks of social media flirting that had reality TV fans wondering whether Phaedra and CT had finally taken their Traitors connection to the next level.
CT previously hinted at having a special someone when discussing his plans for the Emmys, while Phaedra responded flirtatiously. He later shared a post indicating that she had said yes to joining him.
The relationship has already generated plenty of excitement because of just how unexpected—and entertaining—the pairing is.
Phaedra, known for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and CT, one of the most recognizable veterans of The Challenge, became an unlikely fan-favorite duo on The Traitors. Their relationship now gives fans a chance to see what happens when a reality-TV connection continues long after the cameras stop rolling.
And judging by their latest appearance together, this is no longer just a showmance.
Reality TV fans will be watching closely as Phaedra and CT make their red-carpet debut as a couple at the Creative Arts Emmys.
