
The upcoming Snoop Dogg biopic is shaping up to be one very interesting film!
Tre Hale, who has become a fan favorite for his role as Darren “Stro” Stroman in Netflix’s Nemesis, has officially landed a major new role. The actor will portray legendary and controversial Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight in Universal Pictures’ upcoming film, Snoop. (The Grio)
Hale’s casting adds another familiar face to the growing ensemble, which is bringing some of the biggest names from Snoop Dogg’s life and career to the big screen.

Jonathan Daviss will star as Snoop Dogg, while the cast also includes Myles Bullock as Dr. Dre, Algee Smith as Warren G, Camron Jones as Tupac Shakur and Lauren London as Snoop’s mother, Beverly Tate. (The Grio)
For Nemesis fans, Hale’s latest casting news is especially exciting. His character Stro quickly became a standout and fan favorite, so it’s no surprise that the actor is continuing to land major opportunities.
