Nzinga Imani is embracing her postpartum journey and slowly finding her way back to movement after giving birth.
The fitness and lifestyle creator recently opened up about being six weeks postpartum, sharing that she has started getting back into a routine while giving her body the time and patience it deserves.
Nzinga joked that she has been living in workout sets because they are comfortable, functional and cute. But beyond the fashion, she said she is enjoying slowly beginning to feel like herself again.
Rather than rushing the process, Nzinga is focused on taking things one step at a time.
“I’m ready for the bounce back, but more than anything, I’m in awe of this body,” she shared.
She reflected on everything her body has been through, noting that it carried and gave birth to her baby and is now nourishing her little one.
Because of that, Nzinga said she is choosing to give herself “all the love, patience and grace” she deserves while she works toward feeling strong again.
Her message is a reminder that postpartum recovery doesn’t have to be a race. For Nzinga, the goal is to celebrate the small victories while gradually returning to movement and fitness.

“One day at a time. One set at a time. One little win at a time,” she wrote.
Nzinga’s positive approach to her postpartum journey is already inspiring followers as she embraces this new chapter of motherhood while working toward feeling strong and confident in her body again.
