BET’s “Sistas” & “Zatima” universe has to be one of the biggest families in BET TV Show history and we’re talking cast, crew and fandom!!
One thing we love about the cast of both shows is how connected they are with the fans and the characters.
Devale Ellis who plays Zac on both shows recently shared a post showing love to his new “Zatima” brother Guyviaud and Cameron!
He took to Instagram to share:
“This is what it looks like when you’re tryna grow up, but your friends only see you how THEY know you. Can you really blame them? People can’t anticipate growth but they can learn to adapt IF you stay committed to the better you.
Side note: Once again working in this space with Nate @thereal_cameronfuller & Tony @guyviaud.joseph was so freeing because I asked them to trust me and they did. I threw shoes, they ducked, I snatched picture frames and screamed and they never broke character. The three of us worked for weeks, fully committing to showing the bond between 3 friends at different places in their lives. I hope you guys enjoy taking this journey with us. And real talk I almost broke when Nate got fully undressed. 😂😂😂

We love this friendship even though it comes with non stop drama for Zac. The first season of “Zatima” gave us so many old school sitcom vibes that it’s crazy.
BET shows are very good and successful but somehow always get left out of award season. We have a feeling that things will be different with “Zatima”!
