A “Big Brother” casting director seems to not care about what’s happening to BB24 Star Taylor inside of the house..
She’s having the hardest time in there being bullied, lied to and even the racism in the house.
One star of the show who helps stir all of this up is Paloma! Paloma has broke many rules, lied and even told houseguest that she’s going to win the season so they should just ride her wave.
Casting director Andy Sloan shared on Instagram a story telling fans to vote for her:

He’s part of the problem in why Big Brother isn’t a good experience for Black houseguest and we don’t understand why Big Brother keeps hiring people like him.
Production should not recruit people who have no idea about the show. They should go through the submissions and pick every cast member from there. The show is creating this.
