The Challenge star Tony Raines is mourning the heartbreaking loss of his mother.
Raines recently shared the devastating news with his followers on Instagram, revealing that his mother has passed away. In an emotional tribute, the reality star reflected on the woman who raised him and his sibling and made special memories for their family.
“I lost my mother and I’m completely heartbroken,” Raines wrote.

He described his mother as a woman who “raised two kids on her own” and “made miracles happen every holiday,” expressing how deeply he misses her following her death.
Raines also shared that he finds some comfort in believing his mother is now watching over the family.
“I thank God for her and I have peace knowing she is in heaven watching over us now,” he wrote, while acknowledging that he wishes she could have had more time with the family and her grandchildren.
“I love you, mama ❤️ and I promise to keep making you proud,” Raines added.
The emotional post quickly drew support from several of Raines’ fellow reality stars. The Challenge cast members Laurel Stucky and Josh Martinez were among those who offered condolences in the comments.
Josh Martinez commented, “So sorry brother ❤️🙏🏽,” while Stucky also expressed sympathy for Raines and his family.
Raines has been navigating several major personal milestones this year. In June, he and wife Alyssa Giacone welcomed their second daughter together, Ivy Monroe, making Raines a father of three.
Earlier this month, Raines and Giacone also announced that his oldest daughter, Harper, had moved into their home full-time following years of custody arrangements involving her maternal family.

Now, Raines is facing another deeply emotional chapter as he says goodbye to his mother.
