CT Tamburello and his estranged wife, Catalina Hager, appear to be calling it quits once again after their short-lived reconciliation came to an end.
According to newly obtained court documents, the The Challenge veteran filed for the dissolution of their marriage again in June, just weeks after the couple decided to give their relationship another chance. Catalina had previously requested that their original divorce case be dismissed after the pair reconciled and agreed to remain married.
However, the reunion lasted only about a month before CT reportedly resumed divorce proceedings.
Catalina recently confirmed to TMZ that the divorce has not yet been finalized and admitted the process has been moving slower than she would like.
“It’s taking a little while, but we’re hoping to wrap it up quickly,” she said.
While she declined to share specific details about what led to the split, Catalina suggested the marriage had simply run its course.
She explained that CT has “some things he needs to work out” and added that communication issues ultimately led to the end of their relationship.
“We just weren’t communicating, so [the marriage] just needed to come to an end,” Catalina shared.
Catalina also revealed that she and CT are no longer on speaking terms and doesn’t believe there is any chance of another reconciliation.
Although the relationship has officially reached its breaking point, Catalina said she still wishes the MTV star “the best” as they each move forward separately.
The latest development marks another chapter in the couple’s on-again, off-again relationship, which has seen multiple attempts at reconciliation before ultimately ending back in divorce court.
