Years after appearing on Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, Rae Williams is speaking out with new allegations about her relationship with former castmate Zay Wilson during filming.
The conversation resurfaced online after screenshots of Rae’s Instagram comments began circulating across social media, prompting renewed discussion among fans of the reality dating series.
According to Rae, an alleged physical altercation that occurred while cameras were rolling was edited out of the final version of the show.
Rae Williams Shares New Allegations
In a verified Instagram comment shared online, Rae wrote:
“Zay hit me on camera. They edited it out then put him on Perfect Match.”

She later expanded on her claims, alleging that Zay became physical during one filmed scene by shoving her, grabbing her, and striking her arm while trying to stop her from leaving a room. Rae said she fought back, pushed past him, and ran away.
She also claimed another off-camera incident occurred after filming had ended, alleging that Zay swung at her while they were at his apartment in Katy, Texas.
Rae Says She Deleted Her Original Comment

Rae explained that she initially removed her first public comment because she did not want to create additional controversy.
She also alleged that another confrontation during filming—including damage to a door and verbal insults—was left out of the show’s final edit.
Additionally, Rae denied long-discussed rumors that she had experienced a miscarriage with Zay, saying there was never a pregnancy during their relationship. She claimed the miscarriage involved a previous relationship and alleged that false information was shared during filming.

Rae Clarifies Netflix’s Role
In her statement, Rae noted that she does not blame Netflix directly.
Instead, she said the production company behind The Ultimatum handled filming and editing decisions, adding that she attempted to speak about her experience when the show originally premiered but felt her comments were overshadowed by online criticism.
She also wrote that other women had allegedly approached her with their own stories involving Zay, though those claims have not been independently verified.
No Public Response From Zay

As of this writing, Zay Wilson has not publicly responded to Rae Williams’ latest allegations.
The allegations remain unverified, and neither Netflix nor the production company has publicly addressed Rae’s recent comments.
With the screenshots continuing to spread across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, the revelations have reignited debate among viewers about what may have happened behind the scenes during The Ultimatum Season 1.
