One of the biggest themes in Tyler Perry’s Sistas is loyalty—or the lack of it. Throughout the series, the men in the lives of Karen, Andi, Danni, Sabrina, and Fatima have repeatedly proven where their priorities lie, for better or worse.
While no character is perfect, some have consistently shown they can be counted on, while others have broken trust time and time again.
Here’s our ranking of the most loyal men in Sistas.
1. Zac Taylor
When fans first met Zac, he struggled with instability and poor decision-making. However, his character experienced one of the biggest transformations on the show.
As his relationship with Fatima grew stronger, Zac became fiercely protective of the people he loves. Whether defending Fatima, supporting his family, or taking responsibility for his past mistakes, he has proven that loyalty is now one of his defining qualities.
2. Tony
Although Tony isn’t always at the center of the drama, he’s often shown himself to be dependable when his friends need him.
Rather than creating unnecessary conflict, Tony typically provides support and remains committed to those closest to him, earning a reputation as one of the more trustworthy men in the series.
3. Rich
Rich’s relationship with Sabrina wasn’t without complications, but he often demonstrated patience and understanding.
Even when faced with difficult situations, he generally approached problems with honesty rather than manipulation, making him one of the show’s more reliable romantic partners.
4. Jordan
Jordan entered the series with genuine intentions and consistently treated Andi with respect.
While circumstances complicated their relationship, Jordan rarely played games or intentionally betrayed the people around him, giving him a strong case as one of the more loyal men on the show.
5. Gary Marshall Borders
Gary’s loyalty has always been complicated.
On one hand, he has repeatedly claimed to love Andi and has gone to great lengths to protect her. On the other hand, his controlling behavior, secrets, and questionable decisions have often undermined that loyalty.
His actions frequently blur the line between devotion and obsession.
6. Preston Horace
Preston genuinely cared for Danni throughout much of their relationship and often tried to make things work despite their differences.
However, repeated disagreements, communication issues, and conflicting priorities kept him from becoming one of the series’ most dependable partners.
7. Calvin Rodney
Calvin has shown affection toward Sabrina, but his indecisiveness and inconsistent communication often created unnecessary confusion.
While he wasn’t always intentionally dishonest, his inability to fully commit hurt his relationships more than once.
8. Aaron Carter
Aaron presented himself as a stable and caring partner for Karen, but their relationship was complicated by trust issues and the lingering emotional connection Karen had with Zac.
Although patient at times, Aaron also made decisions that left fans questioning where his loyalties truly stood.
9. Maurice Webb
Maurice is unquestionably one of the funniest characters on Sistas, and he’s incredibly loyal as a friend.
However, when it comes to romance, his relationships have often been unpredictable due to the challenges he has faced throughout the series.
His unwavering support for Sabrina and the rest of the group, though, makes him one of the show’s best friends.
10. Hayden Moss
Hayden may be intelligent and ambitious, but loyalty has never been his strongest quality.
His obsession with Fatima and willingness to manipulate situations for personal gain have made him one of the least trustworthy men in the series.
Loyalty Isn’t Always Simple
One reason Sistas remains so entertaining is that its characters continue to evolve. Men like Zac have dramatically changed over the years, while others continue to struggle with trust, honesty, and commitment.
As the series continues, fans will no doubt keep debating which characters have truly earned the title of being the most loyal.
