Cheetah Sisters, rejoice!
After years of rumors and fan campaigns, The Cheetah Girls are officially making a comeback. Original franchise star Raven-Symoné has confirmed that The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen is in the works, sharing a behind-the-scenes post from the set that immediately sent longtime Disney fans into celebration mode.

While Disney has yet to reveal the full cast or plot details, Raven’s announcement confirms that production is underway, making this the biggest update fans have received since reports first surfaced that a fourth film was in development.
Raven-Symoné Is Back as Galleria
Raven-Symoné, who portrayed the unforgettable Galleria Garibaldi in the first two Cheetah Girls films, is officially returning for the new chapter.
Her social media tease from the set confirms she’ll once again be part of the beloved Disney franchise, though it remains unclear exactly how large her role will be in introducing the next generation of Cheetah Girls.

What Is The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen?
As the title suggests, The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen is expected to introduce a brand-new generation of aspiring performers while honoring the legacy of the original films.
Although Disney has not released an official synopsis, early reports have suggested the film will focus on new characters, with original stars helping pass the torch to a new era of Cheetah Girls.
Will the Original Cheetah Girls Return?
Raven-Symoné is the first original cast member officially confirmed.

Raven-Symoné is returning for “The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen,” the fourth movie in the Disney franchise that will also bring back original cast members Adrienne Bailon, Sabrina Bryan, Lynn Whitfield and Lori Alter.
The story picks up when Cheetah Girls Galleria (Symoné) and Chanel (Bailon), alongside Galleria’s daughter Faith (“Percy Jackson” breakout Leah Jeffries) and her three friends (Carmen Sanchez, Kaileen Chang and Sophie Lennon), travel to Africa to volunteer at a wildlife sanctuary. Along the way, these four teen girls test their friendship, find their voice, and discover the true Cheetah spirit as they save the preserve and ultimately take the stage as the new Cheetah Girls.
