Following another critically acclaimed season, the network officially renewed Elsbeth for Season 4, ensuring that Elsbeth Tascioni will continue solving New York City’s most unusual murder cases. Led by Emmy winner Carrie Preston, the legal dramedy has become one of CBS’ standout hits thanks to its clever mysteries, memorable guest stars and charming lead character.

CBS officially renewed Elsbeth for a fourth season in January 2026 alongside several of the network’s biggest scripted series, including Tracker, Matlock and NCIS.
