ABC’s “The Golden Bachelor” Stars Gerry and Theresa are finally married and their families are ready to be one big blended family!!
Theresa’s daughter is 100% in support of her mothers relationship with Gerry.
Speaking about the scandal that happened at the end of the season, she shared:
“My mom and Gerry had a conversation about it, and I don’t exactly know the full story, but, you know, she’s absolutely good with whatever they talked about,” Jen told Life & Style on Monday, December 18. “I think that there’s some bit of truth to some parts of it and they are on the same page about it, and that’s kind of good enough for me.
I think the thing with The Bachelor is that, you know, they do kind of want to make the story a little simpler and straightforward. You know, they’re not going to give every single detail. I mean, he’s 72. They’re not going to share everything that’s ever happened in his life.”

A retired restaurateur and doting father and grandfather, Gerry [GAIR-ee] Turner lives in his dream house on a beautiful lake in Indiana. He’s often busy hosting barbeques, playing pickleball, cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams, four-wheeling and spending time with friends and family at restaurants and local haunts.
Always a romantic, Gerry married his high school sweetheart Toni in 1974, and together, they lived a full and happy life with their two daughters, Angie and Jenny, and later two granddaughters, Charlee and Payton. Sadly, after 43 years together, Toni suddenly fell ill and passed away in 2017.
Six years after Toni’s passing and with the support of his family, Gerry is ready to put himself out there and find a love that will stand the test of time in his golden years.
After more than 20 years of fostering love on “The Bachelor,” “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise,” “The Golden Bachelor” showcases a whole new kind of love story – one for the golden years.
