“Sistas” & “Zatima” Star Devale Set To Guest Star In “61st Street” Season 2

Devale Ellis 61st street

BET’s “Sistas” & “Zatima” Star Devale Ellis is getting ready to crossover to The CW for a new role and we cannot wait to see him in action!

Devale will allegedly appear in the role as Mason on The CW’s “61st Street” Season 2.

The drama series, starring Courtney B. Vance and Aunjanue Ellis, previously aired its first season on AMC last spring. Season 2, though, was scrapped at the network before it could air, as part of a cost-cutting measure (despite the fact that all episodes had already been filmed).

The CW will now be home to both seasons of 61st Street: Season 1 will air this fall, and Season 2 is set to debut sometime in 2024.

Devale is set to pop up during Season 2 Episode 3.

Title: “Do No Harm”

Plot:

“Martha urges the mayor’s office to put more pressure on the CPD. The department starts looking for a scapegoat, which puts Officer Logan under pressure. Logan and Franklin try to get the public’s attention.”

We cannot wait to watch!
