Many fans are wondering if the show will return and we have good news for you!
Selling the OC was actually renewed for seasons two and three at the same time. Netflix announced the exciting news in January 2023.
With a new season comes many changes with the first new early change being that Tyler Stanaland is leaving the Oppenheim Group.
Stanaland spoke with PEOPLE Magazine and shared that he’ll be working alongside his dad, John Stanaland, at Douglas Elliman as of Thursday. The family’s brokerage, the John Stanaland Group, where his brother also works, became part of the high-profile agency in January.
Tyler shared with PEOPLE:
“Leaving the Oppenheim Group wasn’t an easy decision, but is the right decision for me and my clients. Not only am I joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman, I’m aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders.
My decision to leave the Oppenheim Group is about making the best decision for my clients and my career. I’m excited about this new chapter and to be working alongside family again.”
