BET’s “Sistas” & “Zatima” Star Devale Ellis is amazed at his career and all of the things he’s able to accomplish and we’re beyond proud of him for it!!
The Star just shared an Instagram post letting fans know that he will be guest starring on an upcoming game show episode and it’s all a full circle moment.
He shared:
“When I used to be “sick”😏 and stayed home from school my Aunt Weezy would give me saltine crackers, ginger ale, order Chinese food and we would watch, The Price is Right and reruns of Family Feud, Million Dollar Pyramid & Hollywood Squares. I told her I was gonna be hosting The Price is Right one day or on Hollywood Squares. She would always say, “You gonna be good at it too cause you always find a way to talk your way outta school.”😂 WELL LOOK AUNT WEEZY, WE MADE IT! 😎

Looks like Devale will be on “Celebrity Squares”!
The iconic game show Hollywood Squares is being coming back. BET has greenlit Celebrity Squares, a reimagined version of the classic tic-tac-toe trivia comedy game. The network has not officially announced it yet but nine tape dates have been set through August.
Each episode will see two contestants play the classic game and put their black pop culture knowledge to the test, trying to predict if answers celebrities give are correct or if they are bluffing. Contestants stand to win up to $10,000.

Sistas follows a group of single Black females as they navigate their “complicated love life,” careers and friendship through the ups and downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. The women must navigate this new-age dating scene as they continue to search for love in their 30’s.
Sistas ensemble cast includes KJ Smith, Mignon, Ebony Obsidian, Novi Brown, Crystal Renee’ Hayslett, DeVale Ellis, Chido Nwokocha, Anthony Dalton II, Brian Jordan Jr., Kevin A. Walton, and Trinity Whiteside.

“Zatima” Season 2 Plot:
“Zac and Fatima’s relationship is challenged on a whole new level” in Season 2. “Zac deals with internal discord which is only exacerbated after seeing his mother, Gladys, whom he hasn’t seen in quite a long time. Fatima begins to question herself and if she’s really what Zac needs when she can’t get through to him about dealing with past issues.”
