HBO’s “Euphoria” Star Angus Cloud just shockingly passed away today at the young age of 25 years old!
HBO reacted to the tragic news, writing: “We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family.”
TMZ learned Oakland PD responded to a 911 call made around 11:30 AM Monday by Angus’ mother. She reported a “possible overdose,” and said Angus did not have a pulse. He was eventually pronounced dead on the scene.
A source close to the family tells TMZ that Angus had been battling severe suicidal thoughts after getting back from Ireland, where they laid his father to rest. They were told he was staying with his family as he tried to work though overcoming the grief.
His co-star Javon who portrays his brother Ashtray on the hit series just shared his condolences via Instagram:
“Forever family”
Such a sad story. Rest in peace.
“Euphoria follows a group of high school students as they navigate drugs, s**, identity, trauma, social media, love and friendship.”
