“Sistas” Season 7 Will Have Brand New Writers

Bet sistas season 7 writers

BET’s “Sistas” Season 6 is gearing up to hit our screens at the end of the month and the new trailer has the fans talking all over social media!

While Season 6 will debut on May 31st, the show is already in production for the 7th season and there’s some great news about the upcoming season.

Season 7 will feature a few brand new writers!

After a “Sistas” scene went viral years ago, Tyler quickly shared a few words after everyone urged him to hire writers for the show.

He shared:

“In the past, I had writers’ rooms, and the ratings tanked,” he said. “People know my voice. They know how I write. And have you ever thought for a minute, just one second, that I’m specific in what I’m doing? That I am telling the stories that the audience wants to see? Don’t worry about it. I got this. That’s why the show is number one.”

Fast forward to 2023, it looks like Tyler finally decided to give a few writers a chance for the 7th season.
