BET’s “Sistas” & “Zatima” Star Crystal Hayslett is currently using her huge platform to bring more awareness to the importance of mental health!!

The world is currently going through tough times especially with mass shootings happening back to back so we felt this was such an important post from Crystal.

She shared:

We are committed to sustaining global programs to promote mental well-being using lived experiences, education, and strategic professional partnerships. In addition, we promote mental health and recovery awareness and education to increase access to behavioral health services and support for the vulnerable populations, including people with high-stress jobs, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer or Questioning (LGBTQ+), children and their families, older adults and rural families.
