MTV’s “The Challenge” Star CT Tamburello just seen another win after wife tried to get full custody of their son while going through divorce!
The reality star got tired of his name being dragged through the mud and took to Instagram to share his side and his wife was not happy with the rant.
Shorty after the rant, she filed for emergency sole custody of their 7-year-old son Christopher, but a judge denied her request.
An emergency hearing took place on April 12:
Florida court papers read:
“The Wife’s request to suspend the Husband’s timesharing and parental responsibility is denied. The Husband, through agreement in open court, shall not discuss, or make public, any intimate details regarding the parties’ litigation, settlement negotiations, the minor child, any allegations towards the Wife including defamatory statements about the Wife, in any form, including but not limited to social media posts and/or interviews.”
CT won in this case! Congratulations to CT. A kid should never be taken away from their father who’s willingly wanting to be in their life.
With hoping everything calms itself down soon because we know he misses competing for his family!
We last saw CT on Spies, Lies and Allies.
