BET’s “Sistas” & “Zatima” Star Devale Ellis is sending his love and support to the amazing Jamie Foxx after her was recently hospitalized!
Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx was hospitalized in Georgia and under observation. Per CNN
His daughter Corinne Foxx shared on Instagram Wednesday night that her father had experienced a “medical complication,” adding that he is “on his way to recovery.”
She did not specify what happened medically.
Devale took to Instagram to share:
“Kay Kay met one of her favorite entertainers @iamjamiefoxx at a CVS the first year we moved to Cali. He was singing Christmas carols and buying the last Black Santa in the store. She told him her husband was an aspiring actor and before I knew it we were going to Jamie Foxx’s house for his holiday party.
We decided to bring a bottle of wine because we didn’t wanna come empty handed. When we got to his house we realized the entire party was sponsored with EVERY kind of liquor you could think of.😂 Jamie was too kind, he greeted us as I extended the bottle and he said, “The fuck am I supposed to do with this!?” Then immediately started laughing.
As we all know 2020 was a shit show but also me & Kay Kay’s 10 year anniversary. I just knew I had to make a splash during quarantine so I called @davebrownusa to see if Jamie could do me a favor. Jamie didn’t even respond… He just sent this video over the same day without hesitation. She had no idea what I was about to show her. When she saw Jamie it was instant tears. That is how big of a heart this Oscar winning, Grammy winning, Golden Globe winning man has. Please EVERYONE put up prayers for one of the greatest talents the world has ever seen but more importantly one of the greatest humans.

I have love Jamie from the first time I saw him on TV. That was a long time ago. He is a very talented actor who can act in any capacity. My prayers goes out for him that Jesus will give Jamie complete healing and give him a long life to continue to bless people with him many talents. My prayers also goes out to the family.
