BET’s “Sistas” & “Zatima” Star Devale Ellis is very open about his super-star lifestyle and he’s not afraid to let fans know that he doesn’t always get his way when it comes to business!
The star took to Instagram to share that he recently had to miss out on some quality family time because he had to do a press run for BET’s “Sistas”.
In the post you can read how sad he was that he had to miss the time but praised his wife Khadeen for always being understanding.
“Not enough can be said about having a wife that steps up WHENEVER & WHEREVER needed. Having 4 boys requires a ton of Daddy attention. The kids couldn’t wait till the extended weekend so that we could spend some “Guys Time Baby.” Just so happens I have to run to NY to do press for @sistasonbet.
I felt like sh*t as always leaving the boys on an extended weekend, but when you have a wife that ALWAYS understands the assignment the never fails to deliver. I know @khadeeniam is funny🤣… I know she is smart 🤓… I know she is a star 🤩… I know she is sexy 😈… But above all Kay Kay is a dope ass mom.
I thank God everyday for blessing me with such an amazing woman, and I also thank him everyday for giving me the vision to see that for myself.
Love you Kay Kay & thank you for keeping our family whole even when I’m out building this legacy we’ve been manifesting since teenagers.”
We love how he always hashtag his post #DevalesTruth. Raw and Real! Devale is such a great father and currently he’s setting his family up for amazing success. Their brand will be huge and there’s no doubt in our mind about that.
