Crystal doesn’t usually share much online so when she does choose to share something, it’s nice to see because we know she’s a busy woman that’s about her business!
The actress recently shared her morning routine with the fans also sharing her excitement for 2023.
She shared:
“Back to my morning routine and it went something like this!
6am wake up call, prayer, guided meditation, set intentions for the day, read one chapter of ‘The Untethered Soul’ and ‘Make My Bed’. Proceeded to make my bed 😏 and get ready for the gym. Got to the gym and completely overdid it! Might not be able to talk tomorrow. Over the past few months I’ve gaine 20 lbs, so I’m on a mission. But today’s takeaway was : Ease back into baby! Take your time.
I put @dhariusdaniels sermon ‘The Cheat Code: Name Dropping’ into practice and GOD is already showing out! I’m so amped about 2023!”
