BET+ “Zatima” Season 2 looks to be upon us as rumors hints that the second season is actually closer than we all expected!
Season 2 of “Zatima” hasn’t been officially announced by BET yet but the cast has already shared that the season is filmed and ready to premiere and this was before the premiere of Season 1!
BET+ just recently shared a promo letting fans knows what’s to come this winter and “Zatima” (NEW SEASON) was included:
“Zatima” is back this Winter meaning we could get the second season anytime now within the next 3 months! Season 2 is said to have 20 episodes, an increase from Season 1 which only had 10.
We’re banking on a February/March premiere. January would be a dream as well!
Tyler Perry’s Zatima follows popular characters Zac (Devale Ellis) and Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) as they navigate the ups and downs of their relationship. The 10-episode series marks the second spin-off from a Tyler Perry top-rated linear show to get greenlit by BET+ following The Oval‘s offshoot Ruthless.
The series is executive produced, directed, and written by Tyler Perry.
The show also stars Cameron Fuller, Remington Hoffman, and Nzinga Imani; and recurring cast members Jasmin Brown, Guyviaud Joseph, and Danielle LaRoach.
