Bravo’s “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Star Diana Jenkins is being accused of lying about a donation she made!

A lawyer is claiming that she lied about her claim that she donated $100,000 to the families of victims killed in the 2018 Lion Air crash in Indonesia.

Jay Edelson of Edelson PC, the law firm is suing Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne on behalf of the Lion Air Flight 610 crash victims’ families.

The class action lawyer claimed Diana Jenkins had not reached out to the Chicago-based firm for assistance in locating the five families of the other 184 crash victims defrauded out of settlement money by Tom Girardi.

He spoke with Emily Baker on her podcast about both Erika and Diana:

“Oh Diana Jenkins!! The one who said she paid your clients.” Emily tells the class action attorney.

“All of that was crap!” Jay Edelson shared, “Alright, now I’m going swear cause I’m pissed. That is total C-R-A-P!!”

He elaborated on Twitter:

“I see that @DianaJenkins is putting out more misleading press statements. @TheEmilyDBaker and I got sidetracked when she was asking me to explain why I thought Diana’s “fundraising” was crap. Let me try to give my view of things.”

“When Diana announced she was raising the money, I said that I would try to give her the benefit of the doubt but her actions were at best misguided, and at worst a cynical way to use the air plane crash victims in order to get a story line on #RHOBH.”

“The numbers just didn’t add up. Nearly 200 people died in that crash, leaving — for ease of math — let’s say 1,000 surviving family members. $100,000 would mean each person would get $100.”

“After I made fairly gentle statements, one of Diana’s PR people reached out to me telling me that I could do a joint press conference with her and thus look like a good guy in the press. I declined and reiterated that Diana seemed to just be doing this for PR reasons.”

“Earlier this month I got contacted by the charitable group that is tasked with distributing the $100k to the victims. That group seemed to be authentic but they were clueless. I explained the difficulties in distributing the money and my concerns that this was just a PR stunt.”

“We had a good chat and the organization essentially agreed with my position: doing something meaningful would be hard to pull off with only $100,000 given the difficulty of the logistics (most survivors don’t speak english, etc.)”

“The person I spoke to basically said “we have to go back to the drawing board.” I’ve heard nothing since. From all I know, NO MONEY has gone to any of the survivors and there is no current plan in place to do anything.”

“While I believe that @dianajenkins did give $100k to this charitable giving group and induced others to give $2k, that’s as far as it has gotten. This reaffirms my initial view that Diana was looking for some publicity and was not actually interested in actually helping.”
