BET’s “Sistas” fans have this theory that Fatima is related to Madea and after a careful look, we think that could end up being the case in a future episode or on Zatima!
Fatima and Madea both have a “don’t mess with me” look to them that kind of gives you a clue that Tyler Perry wrote them to be similar. We don’t think Tyler writes characters without thought so I’m almost positive that this was meant to happen this way.
BET recently shared a post on Instagram and the caption could’ve easily been for Madea:

A lot of fans are also feeling the same way. See their review:

It’s only right that Madea somehow pops up in an episode of “Sistas” or “Zatima” now!
I would love for Tyler to appear in Zatima because Zatima is a show that’s more about the life of Fatima. It would be interesting to see that go down. Maybe we could even get a new Madea movie and Fatima (Crystal) can pop up in that movie!
What do you guys think?
