MTV’s “The Challenge” Stars CT & Diem Featured On TV Romance List

The relationship between CT and Diem was one of the most wholesome relationships I’ve seen on TV.

They two held the title of fan favorites and the ratings were always up when they were on a season together.

Diem’s medical situation prevented her from continuing in the game, and CT left the show with her. She later found out that her cancer had come back for a third time and had spread. Just a few weeks later — on November 14, 2014 — Diem lost her battle with cancer.

Entertainment recently featured the two in “50 Best TV Romances Of All Time” at #23!
