“Station 19” Season 7 Will Likely See 10 Episodes

Station 19 season 7

ABC’s “Station 19” fans are currently upset after hearing updated news about the recently renewed 7th season.

Earlier this year, ABC network handed out a seventh-season renewal for Station 19, the firefighter-focused spinoff of Grey’s Anatomy. As part of the pickup, ABC has installed Zoanne Clack and Peter Paige as showrunners. The duo take over from Krista Vernoff, who previously announced plans to step down from showrunning both Grey’s and Station 19.

Everything came to a shocking hold when the SAG strike took place but now we’re finding out more about what to expect when the show returns.

It looks like the 7th season will only have 10 episodes.

According to TVLINE,

ABC is expected to cut episode orders for most of its hour-long dramas by more than 50 percent, with established hits such as Grey’s Anatomy, Station 19, The Rookie and The Good Doctor likely securing 10-episode orders. On the half-hour side, ABC’s two biggest comedy hits — Abbott Elementary and The Conners — could see orders in the 13-episode range. Production on some, if not all, of these titles, may resume as soon as early December.”

The network did not respond but the update is highly likely. Let us know your thoughts below?

The strike is now over! We hope to hear more updates soon.
