CBS’s “Survivor” Season 44 is currently airing but there’s rumors about Season 45 being released already!!
Allegedly, Survivor is looking to increase it’s run time during the upcoming season and it wouldn’t be a surprise because the show has already experimented with longer episodes.
Survivor sources have claimed Survivor 45 will be expanding to 90-minute episodes. This is for more than just the premiere; each episode is said to be 90 minutes, with the usual 3-hour season finale. Per Inside Survivor.
“I actually think 90 minutes is a great length for a Survivor episode,” Probst told Entertainment Weekly. It means basically 63 minutes of total running time, and that’s similar to what you would find on a streaming service.”
