HBO’s “Euphoria” is currently one of the most popular shows out right now and fans are waiting for the 3rd season to finally premiere!
The cast of this show is so popular that the show takes a bit longer than usually to film and you cannot be surprise when you have a lead star like Zendaya attached to the series.
On February 4 2022, the Euphoria Instagram account shared a short clip to Instagram to announce that season two wouldn’t be the end for Jules, Maddy, Nate, Cassie and co. ‘#EUPHORIA has been renewed for season 3,’ the channel captioned the clip.
Statement from Francesca Orsi, Vice President of HBO programming shared:
“Sam, Zendaya, and the entire cast and crew of Euphoria have taken season two to extraordinary heights, challenging narrative convention and form, while maintaining its heart. We couldn’t be more honoured to work with this gifted, wildly talented team or more excited to continue our journey with them into season three.”
When it comes to the plot and filming, the cast do not know much.
Maude Apatow revealed that she hasn’t even seen the script yet. ‘I honestly don’t know a single thing,’ said the actress of the next season of Euphoria. ‘We should be getting scripts and hearing about next season soon-ish, but I’m totally in the dark!’
The series is rumored to begin filming at the end of the year and we can’t wait to see the behind the scenes photos.
Euphoria stars Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Eric Dane, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Dominic Fike, Storm Reid, and Austin Abrams. The story centers on a group of high school students in East Highland as they try to find their way through the tricky path of life. Amidst the intertwining lives of the town, 17-year-old Rue Bennett (Zendaya), a recovering drug addict, tries to find hope while balancing the pressures of love, loss, and addiction.
