“The Blacklist” Season 10 Gets Time Slot Change

The blacklist season 10

NBC’s highly anticipated 10th season of “The Blacklist” is getting a change when the show return next month!

NBC recently unveiled scheduling shifts, including that The Blacklist‘s Season 10 premiere on February 26 will now air at 10/9c, moving from its originally scheduled 8/7c slot.

Look like fans will have to stay up a little late to see new episodes now. This change can either make or break ratings. Usually when shows air this late, the ratings are high. Could the network end the show at 10 seasons?

“The finale of Season 9 of The Blacklist gives many hints to what the 10th season might entail, and it’s shaking out to be a thrilling one. After eliminating Liz Keen’s murderer, Red has finally satiated his need for revenge. Unfortunately for Red, No. 84 on the blacklist escapes from prison and informs many of the other blacklist criminals that Red is an FBI informant. Revenge may have been accomplished by Red, but the same can’t be said for the individuals he has put behind bars, and his safety is now compromised .A new character will be joining the cast, Siya Malik (Anya Banerjee). Siya will be a bit of a throwback for fans that have been watching since The Blacklist Season 1 because she is the daughter of the late Meera Malik (Parminder Nagra), who was unfortunately assassinated.” Per NBC

The Blacklist stars James Spader, Diego Klattenhoff, Amir Arison, Hisham Tawfiq, Laura Sohn and Harry Lennix. The story begins as one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives, Raymond “Red” Reddington (Spader), offers to help the authorities if a specific rookie agent, Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone), partners with him.
