Season 2 of Peacock’s “Bel Air” is almost here and we know that a lot of cast members will be returning for the sophomore season!
One star that is up in the air is actor Michael Ealy!
Michael Ealy has a role in Bel-Air and will begin appearing this week, Shadow and Act can exclusively reveal.
Michael recurs in the dramatic reimagining of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as Reid Broderick, “a gallery owner who makes a name for himself rediscovering artists and begins working with Vivian Banks.”
The two got very close in the first season and fans even thought that she would end up cheating on Phil with him.
Do you think he will return in 2023 for more drama?
Season 2 debuts February 23rd!
Set in modern-day America, Bel-Air is a serialized one-hour dramatic analogue of the 90’s sitcom “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” that leans into the original premise: Will’s complicated journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel-Air. With a reimagined vision, Bel-Air will dive deeper into the inherent conflicts, emotions and biases that were impossible to fully explore in a 30-minute sitcom format, while still delivering swagger and nods to the original show.
The series stars Jabari Banks as Will, Adrian Holmes as Phillip Banks, Cassandra Freeman as Vivian Banks, Olly Sholotan as Carlton Banks, Coco Jones as Hilary Banks, Akira Akbar as Ashley Banks, Jimmy Akingbola as Geoffrey, Simone Joy Jones as Lisa and Jordan L. Jones as Jazz.
The series is out of Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith’s Westbrook Studios and Universal Television.
