The Challenge Season 38 is here and the ratings for the show so far has been below par hitting the lowest rated season of the competition series since the show has aired!
This is terrible considering only a few years ago, the show nearly reached 1M views an episode so to decline all the way to less than 500k an episode is worrisome.
A Challenge fan shared:
“Dec. 2020, episode 2 of Double Agents was viewed by 840,000 people.
In Oct. 2022 viewership for episode 2 of Ride or Dies was cut in half to 420,000.”
Paulie had a few words to say about the current state of ratings:
“Remember when TM had high viewers because there was nothing else on tv (sports even got cancelled) due to the pandemic and y’all let the cast mates say it was because Cara & I weren’t on the show. Same people trying to make excuses for the cast now (which is 95% the same cast)💀”
Paulie is set on his opinion that the cast members that keeps returning for The Challenge just aren’t bringing the ratings in at all throwing shots at Challengers like Johnny Bananas, Jordan Wiseley and Tori Deal.

The Challenge is a competition series that sees reality TV vets and rookies partner together in rigorous challenges in the hopes of being the last two standing to claim the cash prize.
