We guess the staff at NBC sees that fans are a little confused that “The Blacklist” wasn’t featured in the upcoming fall schedule because they just shared a post about the series!
“Coming it at nine seasons—with a 10th on the way!—and over 190 episodes, The Blacklist is one of NBC’s longest running and most beloved shows. As Raymond “Red” Reddington, James Spader has excelled, racking up two Golden Globe nominations in the process. The show has been nominated for 10 Emmys total, including Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Drama Series, Limited or Anthology Series, or Movie; Outstanding Stunt Performance, and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series (Alan Alda).
Like we said, The Blacklist will return for Season 10, and details are to-be-announced.”
This is better than nothing at all. They’re giving fans a hint that no worries, we will have news about the upcoming season soon and we can’t wait!
When do you think the season will debut?
The Blacklist stars James Spader, Diego Klattenhoff, Amir Arison, Hisham Tawfiq, Laura Sohn and Harry Lennix. The story begins as one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives, Raymond “Red” Reddington (Spader), offers to help the authorities if a specific rookie agent, Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone), partners with him. As season nine begins, it’s two years since the death of Elizabeth and Red and the members of the FBI Task Force have disbanded. When one of their own is injured in the line of duty, however, the Task Force is drawn back together to bring down a conspiracy that could shatter global security.
