Survivor 43” was given the green light by CBS in March Of 2022 and it began production in Fiji shortly afterwards with filming officially done now!!
Survivor 43 will premiere Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 8:00 PM with a two-hour episode.
Jeff Probst will once again return as host.
So what twist will continue during Season 43?
According to Inside Survivor, they confirmed that the Shot in the Dark and Risk vs. Reward dilemmas will still apart of Survivor 43. The season is also keeping the 26-day format with three tribes and no tribe swaps. However, the controversial Hourglass and Do or Die twists have been scrapped.
There will still be an “earn the merge” component to the season, meaning the remaining 12 castaways will be split into two teams and compete in a challenge to earn their spot on the merged tribe.
