(The entire first season of The Boys was available at launch, Seasons 2 and 3 premiered with three episodes each, followed by a weekly release of the rest..
Over the first three days since Season 3’s June 3 debut, the worldwide viewership for The Boys has grown by +17% from season two, and +234% from season one, Prime Video said.
Now when will filming start?
Karl Urban, who plays supe extinguisher Billy Butcher on the Amazon Primehit, has confirmed that the show’s next season will start filming late next month.
Karl sat with Collider and shared that the show will resume in mid-to-late August, and he’s excited to reunite with the cast and crew for another go-round for the edgy, brutal anti-superhero show. First, Urban revealed the start date on which the show will resume filming again. “Yeah, we’re starting I think August the 22nd, we’re going to be starting season four. So I’m getting back, getting my Butcher back on, and I can’t wait.
